About Me
Hi, thanks for visiting my website. I'm Devi, and I help people rest, recover, and reconnect with themselves through yoga and intuitive movement.
Twenty years ago, I was an addict struggling with depression and chronic pain. I turned to yoga for healing, but instead it increased my stress and insecurity because of alignment rules that were designed for very different bodies than mine.
Everything changed when I discovered Yin Yoga – a practice that taught me to trust my instincts and tap into a deep well of inner healing.
This opened the door to the transformative power of somatic movement and meditation. Now, I’m devoted to guiding others toward their own healing and self-discovery through these practices.
Over the past 20 years, I’ve developed my unique approach through extensive training and teaching tens of thousands of students. I owned a yoga studio for a decade and have been leading yin yoga teacher trainings for 12 years.
Today, I share classes through my YouTube channel and I guide curated programs inside my custom yoga app. I'm also a contributor to Yoga Journal and author of the Chair Yoga Deck, soon to be published by Penguin Random House (2026).
